TCC‑0001 – Audible Warning Device

The TCC‑0001 is a high-performance audible warning device designed for industrial environments where explosive gas or dust atmospheres may be present. Certified to ATEX and IECEx standards, it operates with intrinsic safety protection (Ex ia), making it suitable for high-risk hazardous areas.

It produces a 105 dB sound level with 32 selectable tones, providing flexible signaling for alarms, alerts, or process notifications. Its rugged design ensures clear audibility even in noisy industrial conditions.

The enclosure is IP65-rated, protecting against dust and water ingress. The device can be installed in Zones 0, 1, 2 (gas) and 20, 21, 22 (dust). Installation requires connection via a certified intrinsic safety barrier to ensure safe operation in explosive atmospheres.
